Kai Gonzales serves as Global Rider Support Manager at SRAM and is based in the United States. Kai has over 17 years of experience in customer service, 12 of which have been with SRAM. Kai joined SRAM through the company’s acquisition of Quarq Power Meters, where she established and scaled the customer service team from local to global support and held positions in operations, production, and human resources. With a strong passion for customers and front-line team members and a deep connection to continuous improvement, she is looking to enhance the existing support SRAM provides to Riders. Kai is an avid cyclist and adventurer with a strong passion for the outdoors.
